Sean (Lettings Department) is particularly knowledgeable and is always on hand to advise. They have also, over the years, been able to recommend some very reasonable and reliable tradespeople which has been very helpful.

Have been searching for a new property with Next Move in Stoke Newington for a little while now as had moved from The States, and so far I have no complaints with the service provided. Madelene, my allocated lettings advisor, is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable about the properties and very easy to get on with. Her property suggestions match my criteria well, so very little time is wasted looking at unsuitable places. She is also very accommodating with scheduling viewings.
When she was away the lettings manager Sean was helpful and friendly. I would recommend using Next Move to all my friends relocating.

Richard was absolutely on the ball in getting my property marketed and his feedback on viewings was just brilliant – I really felt like he tried to get an accurate picture of whether buyers were serious or not and all delivered with a most wonderful sense of humour.

We dealt with Vincent who was extremely friendly and quick to respond to our needs. We got the house we wanted and all the steps after e.g. deposit payment, contract etc was dealt with quickly and clearly. This company are very transparent and clearly care about you as a tenant (sent us a leaflet about our rights and what to do in case of a problem) unlike some of the bad London agents we have dealt with in the past.

We’re going into our second tenancy with Next Move in two years and have had great experiences both times. Both the lettings and property management teams have been excellent and from our continued business with them, it’s obvious their inventory matches our needs too!

Sean Hinds has been especially helpful in transitioning to our new property as well as organising viewings for our existing property, alongside some of his other colleagues. This was done in a very unintrusive way and bookings were always made well in advance.

When we moved between properties, Sean was a big help in ensuring property check out and check in went as smoothly as possible, especially considering we were out of the country for a few days in between. He even helped track down some very important mail from an old property which saved me a huge amount of stress, which I’m hugely grateful for!

Based on these experiences, we’ll be looking to NextMove for our next property should we decide to move on in the future!

My experience with Next Move has been overall very pleasant. From the first point of contact with them over the phone arranging a viewing to collecting the keys Hector has been so incredibly helpful and responsive. Hector is friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us through the process of securing a flat I was desperate to land. I would like to say that our process was not that straight forward with experiencing issues with the 3rd party referencing agency which Next Move use, however this is a NOT critique of Hector or Next Move. We experienced technical issues with some forms from Rentshield and they did not update their notes over a course of days which made us feel anxious and stressed. Hector was kind and helpful that he chased up Rentshield and informed us of updates as and when they came. I would like to say that without Hector being involved I would have been consumed with anxiety with experiencing the difficulties with Rentshield and it was because Hector was so helpful it really made a difference in making my overall experience with Next Move very positive. As we meet people from all walks of life we are told to treat others how we wish to be treated, Hector really treated me so well and I just want management to know that Hector is such an asset to the company and I hope he receives much praise for his diligence.

I rent a flat that Next Move manage and their maintenance man Trevor is a bit of a hero: Several niggles were all dealt with in just one visit, the place left cleaner & tidier than when he arrived. Not what one expects in this day & age!

I recently sold my apartment via NextMove. I did speak to a number of the local agents, but having lived in the area for many years, I decided to work with NextMove due to their local knowledge and experience. It was absolutely the right decision, to go with NextMove, with the flat selling quickly, without too much hassle.

We sold our maisonette in Clapton through Next move. We dealt mainly with Steve from the Chatsworth Rd branch who was magnificent and dealt with all the ups and downs of selling in London post Brexit. He was honest with us and the buyer and was a really trusted source of advice on how to get the sale done. We are planning not to move again soon… but should we do we would use Next Move without hesitation

I enlisted their services to sell a 5 bed Victorian house that had recently been refurbished. Was extremely impressed by the homework the agent had done at the first visit. I was kept up to date on a regular basis, were fully responsive through the entire process and even received a write up on the visits. Not only did i achieve asking but they were very open on providing some honest and helpful advice on my follow on purchase (away from the area).

Next Move staff are professional, efficient, responsive and very sympathetic and understanding. They really helped with the difficult jobs of selling, choosing, moving and settling in to a new home. They negotiate well and are facilitative.
Unlike some estate agents, they didn’t do a hard sell, but listened to our needs and made suggestions accordingly. They negotiated honestly between sellers and buyers.
They were also kind after the move, even tracking down wrong deliveries.
