References

All prospective tenants are thoroughly vetted via our nominated credit referencing agency to provide an impartial assessment of their suitability. Twenty-five points are checked against these main criteria:

  • Verification of home address for the last three years
  • Current managing agent’s or landlord’s reference
  • Verification of the applicant’s employment status and salary
  • County Court Judgements (CCJ) searches
  • Bank and finance house checks

 

For complete peace of mind, references are also obtained via the credit agency for foreign and corporate applicants.
